1. Law practice and jurisdictional and legal advice expertise.

– In October 1980, Pedro Tenorio became a member of the Bar Association in Madrid (ICAM) and he had been practising as a lawyer for four years, mostly, contentious-administrative field. From December 2011 until February 2015 he was advisor in Mas y Calvet law office (Madrid). Since March 2015 is advisor in Rodríguez Arribas Lawyers.
– Constitutional Court Counsel from 1 September 2001 until 3 June 2011.
– Counsel assigned to Vice-Presidency of the Court from 25 July 2007 until 3 June 2011.
– Counsel assigned to Presidency from 4 October 2002 until 9 June 2004.
– Debuty Director-General of the Legal Directorate General of the Secretariat for Agriculture and Food of the Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food from 1 October 1996 until 31 July 2000.
– Lieutenant of the Juridical-Military Corps of the Air Army, with number one of his promotion, January of 1982. Stationed at the Legal Department of the General Headquarters Air from February 1981 until January 1982. He changed to situation unrelated to active duty, in February 1982.

2. Teaching and research experience

– From December 2011 to the present: Professor of Constitutional Law in the Law School of UNED. Coordinator of Constitutional State Theory subject and responsible for a subject of European Courts in European Law Masters and PhD of UNED, in the itinerary in English.
– From October 1988 until December 2011: Lecturer of Constitutional Law, first in Law Faculty of Complutense University of Madrid, and later in Law School of UNED, teaching Constitutional Law I and II.
– From December 1985 to October 1987: Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.
– From 1 October 1978 to 30 September 1980: honorary associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law at the Complutense University of Madrid.
– During some of these years he has also been Professor of San Pablo CEU (1983-1984), Professor at the Institute of Human Rights of the Complutense University of Madrid (1986-87), Professor of the School of Legal Practice Federico de Castro (1995-2001) and Professor tutor Of Associated Center of UNED in Madrid (October 1, 1990 – to the present).
– In August 2014 he was visiting scholar in the Stanford University.
– In August 2010 he was visiting researcher in the Institute for Global Law and policy of the Harvard Law School.
–In 2001, 2009 and 2010: Research Fellow in the Royal Complutense College of Harvard University.

– July 1986: Doctor of Law from the Bologna University. Thesis: “I conflitti di attribuzioni tra i poteri dello Stato”. Director: Profesor Giuseppe de Vergottini. Highest rating: Summa Cum Laude. Victorio Emmanuele Prize.
